ID Lanyards for the Fashion Concious
I work for a well known company in a large city. One of the requirements of my job is to prominently display my identification badge while at work. In fact, an employee can't even get past the front door if he or she doesn't have an id badge. I really don't care to clip my badge onto my collar or shirt pocket, as I am quite the fashionista. So, I try to be creative in the way that I wear it. You may laugh, but I actually have about twenty different id lanyards that I own to color coordinate with my various outfits. This way, I am able to make my badge into an fashionable accessory rather than a glaring piece of plastic. All I can say is I am so very thankful I don't have to wear a dull uniform to work. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't express my colorful fashion sense to my co-workers who, in my opinion, happen to be fashion flops. I am proud that I have found a way to follow the rules of the company, but still look like the fashion goddess that I am.
